The separate HighLevel form collects your contact information and offers an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. You decide whether to select it; consent is not required to purchase services.
Submitting consent does not book an appointment. Our website contact and free-review forms remain email-only and do not collect phone numbers or enroll you in SMS. This program does not include marketing messages.
